International Teacher Identity Card
The ITIC card is the only internationally recognized ID card that

Card Eligibility
Who is eligible for the ITIC card?
You can apply for an ITIC card if you work at least 18 hours a week at an accredited educational institution for a minimum period of 1 academic year.
You will also need a recent passport-sized photo of yourself.
Not a Teacher, but you are a member of the LGBTQ Community ?
Don’t worry! The International LGBTQ+ Identity Card is available to individuals who are members of or proudly
identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. This card is designed to foster a sense of belonging, has no age limit,
promotes safe and affirming spaces, and supports visibility for LGBTQ+ people in the United States and around the world.
Academic Co-branded Cards
Many academic institutions issue co-branded ITIC teacher cards on campus. Check with your school if they offer ITIC.
Card Cost
The cost of the card is $20 in the United States.
Card Validity
ITIC cards are generally issued in line with the annual study cycle of the country where you
purchased your card, in our case U.S study cycle or annual period.
